P-4 Columboola Camp

8/05/2016
On the 5th and 6th of May Prep- Year 4 students travelled to Columboola for a school science camp. Over the two days of camp, students participated in activities such as, hut building, solar cooking, paper making, recycling, collecting transpiration and evaporation, and outdoor games. All learning experiences were organised by the terrific staff at Columboola and were thoroughly enjoyed by students. Students camped in tents overnight and enjoyed delicious meals prepared by our fantastic caterer Deb Barry. On all accounts the camp was a great success and Condamine State School looks forward to future camps at the Columboola Environmental Education Centre. A special thank you to Kellie, Julie and Jamie for assisting over the two days of camp.
